Abracardabra will not share any information about you or people you nominate during orders with any third parties without your express, written consent.
Contact information provided by you is used for the purposes of:
- receiving newsletters and other updates from Abracardabra
- correspondence during the processing of any orders
- fulfilment of orders (e.g. printing and postage)
Returns and Purchases
All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.
Social Media
Elements of this website make use of social media websites such as Twitter and Facebook. Any unsavoury behaviour in relation to Abracardabra's social media resources will be reported to the relevant website, and will be dealt with in accordance with their respective terms of use.
Quality Control
In general, the utmost care and attention to detail is applied to Abracardabra products to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. Quality control is applied at all stages of producing your order under the following conditions:
- Stationery, cards, and invitations are hand-crafted by Abracardabra and as such may, on occasion, have slight imperfections. There are no refunds or exchanges due to imperfections.
- Abracardabra will ensure that your order is posted to you in excellent condition. Any loss or damage suffered through postage is not the responsibility of Abracardabra, and replacements can be ordered at the agreed price.
- Screen and print colour variations may be experienced for some orders owing to the difference in how colours are presented on screen versus in print. Colour palates are selected and optimised for print, and as such, what is printed is deemed the final product. Any reprints due to colour variations will be done at the customer's expense.
- Any trimming of produced materials may shift up to 3mm in any direction. Any reprints due to trimming issues discovered after delivery will be done at the customer's expense.
Pricing and Product/Service Listings
All care is taken to ensure that any prices listed on this website are up to date.
Product and service listings are subject to review at any point by abracardabra, and will take effect from the date of publication. Prices quoted for in-process orders and services will be retained, unless circumstances dictate otherwise. In these cases, any difference in price will be applied after discussion and agreement with the customer.
Products and services may be discontinued by abracardabra without notice. As with price changes, any negative impacts of this nature for customers with in-process orders will be communicated with the customer.
Intellectual Property
Abracardabra retains the intellectual property rights for all orders, and may reuse materials in whole or in part for other orders. This extends to ideas and concepts discussed prior to agreeing on the final product.
Any produced materials offered for sale on the abracardabra website will have any personal details of the customer removed prior to publication.
The customer may not reuse any produced materials under any circumstances.
Delivery and Product Disclaimer
Abracardabra makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, for any and all products and/or services that it supplies.
Abracardabra will not be held responsible for any or all damages resulting from products it supplies. Abracardabra is not responsible for any loss, or consequential loss of data, or non-delivery of products or services, of whatever cause. While we take reasonable steps to investigate the materials we recommend, we accept no responsibility for the performance or quality of materials or any consequential loss arising from their failure. The customer agrees not to hold Abracardabra responsible for any such loss or damage.
Acceptance of Proofs
Upon completion and payment of the final design(s) it is explicity implied that the customer agrees that the design is free of error and omission, and agrees to not hold liable Abracardabra for any errors which are noted after the finalisation of the design process. This includes design, spelling, grammar, dates, and numbers.
It is your responsibility to request another copy if your proof is difficult to read.
We will print exactly what is accepted in the final proof.
While we do our best to ensure error free documents, it is the customer's responsibility to notify Abracardabra of any errors or omissions prior to finalisation of the account.
